What We Collect When you submit an order, we collect the photos, videos, written messages, and contact information you provide through our order form. We only use this content to create your personalized tribute video.

Publishing to YouTube Every tribute is published to the Post A Toast Studio YouTube channel. At checkout, you may choose:

• Public — anyone can find and view the video, and it may appear in YouTube search or recommendations.

You will always receive the video link by email regardless of which option you choose.

Your Responsibility for Consent By submitting photos, videos, or messages, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content you’re uploading, or have permission from whoever does.
• You have permission from everyone shown or named in the content to have their image, likeness, or name featured in a video that may be published publicly.
• If the tribute includes a minor, you are that minor’s parent or legal guardian, or have their parent/guardian’s explicit permission.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission that we reasonably believe was submitted without proper consent.

Music and Copyright We use royalty-free or licensed music in every tribute. If you request a specific copyrighted song, we may not be able to include it, or the video may be subject to YouTube’s copyright rules (including possible restrictions or claims by rights holders).

How Long We Keep Your Content We retain submitted photos, videos, and messages for 10 days after delivery in case revisions are needed, then delete them from our systems. The finished video remains on YouTube unless you request removal.

Requesting a Removal or Change If you’d like your tribute video taken down or changed after publishing, contact us at jhvidegreetings@gmail.com  and we’ll handle it within 7 business days.

Refunds & Turnaround

Because every tribute is custom-made specifically for you, refunds are handled as follows:

• Before production begins: Full refund available if you cancel before we start editing your tribute.
• Once production has started: No refund, since your order has already gone into active editing work.
• Revisions: One round of revisions is included with paid tiers to fix anything that doesn’t match what you submitted (e.g., wrong photo, missing message). This doesn’t include creative preference changes after the video is complete.
• Our error: If the final video doesn’t match what you submitted (wrong occasion, missing content you provided, technical error on our end), we’ll fix it at no charge or issue a full refund if we can’t resolve it.
